Abstract The Chiropractic Academy for Research Leadership (CARL) was formed in 2016 response to a need global network of early career researchers and leaders the chiropractic profession. Thirteen fellows were accepted competitively have since worked together at residentials virtually on many research leadership projects. In 2020, CARL program ended this first cohort, it is now timely take stock reflect achievements benefits program. paper we present structure CARL, scientific outputs as well personal value participating fellows. As result success organizations from Europe, North America, Australia supported second cohort 14 fellows, who into 2020.
